Order status help you understand what’s going on with the order at any given moment, and if any action is required from you.
You can see the order status in the order interface and on the ‘Orders’ page.
The order status are:
- Confirmation. The order needs to be confirmed by you or the buyer. If you don’t confirm the order within 24 hours, it won’t proceed to the next stage and will be cancelled. If you make any changes, the customer is the one who has to confirm the order and the changes.
- Payment. The order is awaiting payment from the customer. The order won’t proceed to the next stage until it is paid.
- Execution in progress. The service is being provided.
- Confirmation of execution. The order is awaiting confirmation from the buyer that the service has been provided.
- Closed. The order is closed.
- Canceled. The order has been canceled.
The order of the stages depends on the order type.
