Personal settings
In order to check your personal information, please, click on Profile -> Personal details. Here you can:
- Edit your name,
- Add some information about yourself,
- Change your phone number
- Delete your account permanently.
Business details
In Profile-> Business details you can:
- Edit your legal name
- Edit your legal form - whether you are registered as a freelancer, as a company or you are not registered and work as an individual. Depending on your choice, the required information would be different.
For freelancer you will need to provide mobile phone number, VAT number (your tax number, you can also opt for “Not subject to VAT” if it is valid), your business address;
For individual you will need to provide mobile phone number and your business address (since you are not registered, it might be your home address):
For company you will need to provide mobile phone number, business registration number of your company; VAT number (your tax number, you can also opt for “Not subject to VAT” if it is valid), your business address:
Notifications and security
In Profile-> Notifications and security you can change your password if it´s needed.
Once you click on it, we will send a confirmation code to your email so that we could confirm this change:
Once you insert this code, you can confirm the password change and insert a new password.
It should contain at least 8 symbols, with upper and lower case letters, at least one number and one special character (!? etc.). For example, Julia123!. Once inserted, click on “Password change”.
Subscription
Once you click on Profile-> Subscription, you will find detailed information about your subscription: your current plan, its status and expiration date:
Payout settings
Once you click on Profile-> Payout settings, there you will find a section to insert your IBAN for pre-payment form. If you selected post-payment, it wouldn't be needed:
