In the Settings, you can view and change your personal and business data, site data, subscription and payout settings.
To access your Settings, click on your name in the top right corner and then on ‘Profile’.
Then select the option "Subscription" in the left panel.
You will be redirected to Subscription Settings. Here you can see the Subscription Status and the Payment method.
A Subscription can have one of the following status:
- Active / not cancelled - the subscription is active, and there is the Cancel-button to cancel the subscription.
- Active / cancelled - the subscription is active, but the cancellation has been received. The Cancel-button does not show up anymore.
- Cancelled - the subscription has been cancelled by the user. You can activate the subscription again by clicking on the button "Activate".
- Rejected - the subscription has been rejected because of problems with the payment.
