Information needed
- To register as a supplier, you will need the following information.
- When you register as a company:
- You must be a legal representative of the company.
- VAT-No., if applicable
- Company registration No.
- When you register as a self-employed individual:
- VAT-No., if applicable
1. Creating an account
To register on the Marketplace as a supplier, click on ‘Join as a Seller'.
Now let´s create your A4ord Business Account. Put your first and last name, then your email and make sure to tick the checkbox before proceeding in order to agree with our Terms and conditions. Once done, please, click on “Next” to move forward.
You will receive a verification e-mail with a 6-digit code. Check your inbox and put the correct code.
Once confirmed, you will proceed to the next step. There you will need to select whether you want to provide your services as a registered company, as a freelancer or as an individual (depending on whether you are registered as one or not). It will affect the further information you will be requested to provide.
Then insert your mobile phone number (make sure that you put it with the country code), and your selected password. It should contain at least 8 symbols, with upper and lower case letters, at least one number and one special character (!? etc.). For example, Julia123!. Once you put everything, please, click on “Next”.
Please, insert your personal information - your legal name as in ID and your full address with street name and house number. Once done, click on “Next”.
Now you have your profile registered at our platform, but registration is on 60%. In order to fully complete your profile, you will need to add your location and your service:
2. Adding your location.
Once on your dashboard, you will have an option to add Location right away if you click on “Add site”.
If you closed this pop-up windows, you can also add location from Sites-> Add a new site.
Please, select Online or Offline (depending on how you plan to provide your service). Then you need to put:
- Site name;
- Short description about yourself and the services you provide;
- Key words (make sure you put them in the correct language);
- Address of the location (with street name and house number);
- Cover - the main image of your service shown on the website in the Catalog. We support such formats as JPG, PNG with maximum size 5 Mb;
- Images - additional images of your service. We support such formats as JPG, PNG with maximum size 5 Mb;
- Certificates - you can upload relevant certificates that show your skills and abilities. We support such formats as JPG, PNG with maximum size 5 Mb;
- Video - you can insert the link of your work from Vimeo or Youtube but without personal contacts;
- Your schedule. Here you can add your working days and hours accordingly. Please, pay attention to select the date to which the schedule will automatically create. If you don´t select that, you will need to add time slots manually in the future. You can also add none-working days as per public holidays in Germany, your lunch break as well as Custom none-working days.
Once all the information is completed, you can save your site by clicking the button “Save” in the upper right corner:
3. Adding your service.
Once you add the location, your profile goes to 80% completed. Now you need to add your service. You can do that directly from the dashboard once you see a pop-up window with what´s still missing:
Otherwise, you can add service directly on the Dashboard on Services-> Add a new service:
Once there, you will need to add the following information:
- Name of the service;
- Category and subcategory of the service;
- Short description (specific details of your service: for example, if you provide cleaning services, whether it is deep cleaning or regular one, whether you have your own equipment or you will need it etc.)
- Key words for your service (make sure to write them in the correct language(s);
- Photos. We support such formats as JPG, PNG with maximum size 5 Mb;
- Available on sites: select locations where you provide this service.
Payment details:
- Price per Service duration (for example, 15 EUR per one hour);
- Type of payment: Pre-payment or Post-payment. In pre-payment, the client pays you directly through the platform, and then once commission is deducted, it is transferred to your bank account. In post-payment, the client pays you after the service is provided, and then we issue an invoice for commission and send it via email
- Booking options: Instant booking (it won´t need your approval and gets approved automatically) or needs executor's approval (once the client makes a booking, you still need to approve/edit/cancel it.
- Service provision: online or onsite
- Video: you can insert the link to your work from Youtube or Vimeo
Once everything is completed, please, click on “Save” in the right upper corner to add your service:
Congratulations - you have your location and service set up! Now let the marketplace support team know that you've completed your profile so they can review it and, if everything looks good, make it live.
