- If you don’t have to pay upfront, both you (the buyer) and the service provider can cancel the order before the service starts by clicking the "Cancel Order" button and providing a reason.
- If you cancel after the provider has already confirmed the order, you may still have to pay depending on the provider’s specific cancellation rules.
