The order cancellation process is governed by Section 7 of the Terms and Conditions, “Cancellation Policy”.
The order cancellation process depends on the order type (pre-paid or post-paid).
Regardless of the order type, the order can be cancelled without any additional charges before it is confirmed by both the customer and the supplier.
Once confirmed, the following rules apply.
Pre-paid orders
The supplier can cancel the order at any time before the service is provided. In the event of an order cancellation by the supplier, you will be notified accordingly.
The order can be cancelled free of charge at any time before it is paid for by both the customer and the supplier. To do this, simply click the “Cancel order” button and indicate the reason for the cancellation.
If you want to cancel the order after payment, you can also do this by clicking the “Cancel order” button and indicating the reason for the cancellation. If you cancel the order 24 hours before the start of the service or earlier, you will receive a full refund.
If you wish to cancel your booking later than 24 hours before the start of the booking, please contact the supplier.
Recommendations We recommend that you always cancel your booking if you understand that you will not be able to attend the appointment on the booked date and time.
Postpaid bookings
The supplier can cancel the booking at any time before the service is provided. In the event that the supplier cancels the booking, you will be notified accordingly.
To cancel the booking after it has been confirmed, simply click the "Cancel booking" button and specify the reason for cancellation. The supplier can then either cancel the booking for free or you will be required to pay a refund. The refund amount will be determined by the supplier in accordance with their cancellation policy.
