If you order a postpaid service, you pay for it after the service has been confirmed. You can read more about the types of orders in the article.
The order of the status of postpaid orders is as follows:
Confirmation -> Fulfillment in progress -> Confirmation of execution -> Closed

Please note that after creating an order and each time after editing it, the supplier or you have 24 hours to confirm or edit it. Otherwise, the order will be automatically canceled.
After you have created an order, the supplier needs to confirm it. The supplier can either confirm it immediately or edit the order.
If you made a mistake when placing an order or simply want to change the date, time or payment method, click "Edit" in the upper right corner.
Change the parameters that need to be changed and, if desired, add a comment. Then click "Save changes".
Please note that the price of the order can be changed by the supplier after you place the order. In that case, you have to confirm the new price, otherwise the order will be cancelled automatically.
After the supplier edits the order, you need to confirm the changes from your side. To do this, simply click ‘Confirm’.
If you do not agree with the changes, you can edit the order or cancel it.
After you and the supplier confirm the changes, the order moves to the next stage - ‘In progress’.
If the supplier does not edit the order, it moves to the ‘In progress’ stage immediately after the supplier confirms it.
If you want to cancel the order, simply click the ‘Cancel order’ button and specify the reason for cancellation.
In progress
At this stage, you as a buyer do not need to do anything. Once the service has been completed, the supplier must confirm it within 72 hours. This will initiate the Fulfilment Confirmation phase.
If you wish to change the order, you must first contact the supplier and discuss the changes. Once you both agree to the changes, the supplier must edit the order. You will need to confirm the changes before they are applied.
Please note that while we encourage our suppliers to discuss any changes to the order with the customer, they can technically edit the order without contacting you.
To accept the changes, click Accept. To reject the changes, click Reject.
You can cancel the order at any time during the Fulfilment in Progress phase before the scheduled time. If you wish to cancel the order, click Cancel Order and provide a reason for cancellation. Please note that you will still be charged for the order. The amount of the charge depends on the supplier's order cancellation policy. For more information, see the Order Cancellation article.
Confirmation of order fulfillment
At this stage, you need to confirm that the service has been rendered. To do this, simply click the "Service fulfilled" button. After that, you can proceed to payment.
If you do not confirm that the service has been rendered within 5 days, the order status will automatically change to "Closed".
Closed
At this stage, you can rate the service and the supplier, and write a review.
