If you order a prepaid service, you pay before the service is provided. You can read more about order types here.
The procedure for changing the status of prepaid orders is as follows:
Confirmation -> Payment -> Fulfilment in progress -> Confirmation of fulfilment -> Closed
Confirmation
Please note that after creating an order and every time you edit it, the supplier or you have 24 hours to confirm or edit it. Otherwise, the order will be automatically cancelled.
If you have made a mistake when placing your order or simply want to change the date, time or payment method, click ‘Edit’ in the top right corner.
Change the parameters you want to change: Date, time or payment method. Optionally add a comment and then click ‘Save Changes’.
Once the order has been created, the supplier must confirm it. The supplier can either confirm it immediately or edit the order.
Please note that the price of the order can be changed by the supplier after you have placed the order. In this case you need to confirm the new price, otherwise the order will be automatically cancelled.
If the supplier edits the order, you need to confirm the changes within 24 hours. To do this, simply click the ‘Confirm’ button.
If you do not agree with the changes, you can edit the order or cancel it.
Once you and the supplier have confirmed the changes, the order moves to the next stage - Payment.
If the supplier does not need to edit the order, it moves to the payment stage as soon as the supplier confirms.
If you want to cancel the order, simply click ‘Cancel Order’ and indicate the reason for cancellation.
Payment
Please note that once your order has been confirmed (its status has changed to ‘Payment’) you will have 24 hours to complete the payment. After 24 hours the order will be cancelled automatically.
You will see a payment timer below the order status bar.
To pay for the service, click ‘Pay’ and follow the instructions.
Once the payment is complete, the order status will change to ‘In Progress’.
If you want to cancel the order, click "Cancel Order" and specify the reason for cancellation.
Fulfilment in progress
At this stage you, as a buyer, do not need to do anything. Once the service has been fulfilled, the seller must confirm it within 72 hours. After that, the fulfilment confirmation stage will begin.
If you want to change the order, you first need to contact the vendor and discuss the changes. If you both agree, the vendor should edit the order. You will need to confirm the changes before they can be applied.
Keep in mind that although we recommend that suppliers discuss any changes to an order with the customer, technically they can edit the order without contacting you.
To accept changes, click ‘Confirm.’ To reject changes, click ‘Reject’.
To cancel an order, simply click ‘Cancel Order’ and specify the reason for cancellation. Please note that you can only cancel an order with a full refund 24 hours or earlier before your appointment. Please see the article Order Cancellation for more details.
Confirming Fulfilment
At this stage you need to confirm that the service has been performed. To do this, simply click the ‘Service completed’ button. After that the order will be closed.
If you do not confirm that the service has been performed, the order will be closed automatically.
Closed order
At this stage you can rate the service and the supplier and write a review.
