Adding a service to the basket
The first step in placing an order is to add the service you wish to book to your basket.
In the catalogue or in the list on the supplier page, click on the ‘Request Confirmation’ button.
Then select the date and time in the calendar.
Below the calendar you see the location of the service on the map, the price and two buttons to proceed with the booking.
If you click ‘Add to basket’, the service will be added to your basket and you can continue browsing the marketplace.
If you click ‘Book Now’, you will be redirected to the basket to book your appointment immediately.
Booking an appointment
After adding the service to your basket, open the basket by clicking on the symbol in the top right corner.
In the basket you will see all the services you have added. You will need to book an appointment for each service separately.
Before booking, you can edit your application. To do this, click on ‘Edit request’.
Then change the date and/or time of the appointment, add a comment if necessary and click ‘Save changes’.
To remove a service from the basket, click on the basket symbol.
To place an order, click on ‘Request Confirmation’.
You can access all orders on the order interface.
Repeating an order
You can repeat an order that has been cancelled or closed. To do this, open the order you want to repeat and click ‘Repeat Order’.
You will then be redirected to the shopping basket.
In the basket, find the service you wish to book again and click ‘Edit Order’.
Then select the date, time and payment method and click ‘Save Changes’.
