Using the Catalog

Search, filter and sort

The catalogue is a list of all services added to the marketplace by service providers. By default, you see a list of the most popular services. To find the service you need, you can use search, service categories and filters.

1. Search - Enter the name of the service you are looking for, for example, ‘English lesson online’.

2. Calendar - Select the date or time period when you want the service.

3. Location - Enter the name of the city or postcode.

4. Categories - Select the category and subcategory of the service you are trying to find.

5. Provider. A list of all providers that provide a particular type of service. You can select all providers or just some of them.

6. Service Provided. Where the service is provided: Online, At the supplier's premises or At the customer's premises. You can select one, two, or all three options.

To apply filters, click the Apply button (7). To cancel all filters, click Clear (8).

You can view the services as a list or switch to the map to get a better idea of the location of the services.

You can sort the services by:

• Popularity (total number of orders)
• Rating [link to article]
• Title (in alphabetical order)
• Price
• Availability of photos (see services with photos at the top of the list)

Service Description

In the service description you will see the following:

1. Service name. Clicking on the service name opens its full description.
2. Nearest time slots. The closest time slots are today and the next two business days.
3. Photos related to the service (results, before and after, etc.).
4. Service Provider. Clicking on the service provider's name opens the service provider's home page [link to article].
5. Payment Terms. Whether you have to pay before (pre-payment) or after (post-payment) the service is rendered.
6. Rating. The rating of the service provider. If you want to see all the reviews, click on the name of the service or provider and scroll to the bottom of the page. 
7. Description of the service.
8. Price. The preliminary price of the service. The final price of the service will be confirmed by the vendor after you submit an order request by clicking the ‘Book now’ button. 
9. Add to favourites. You can view the list of services you have added to your favourites by clicking on the heart symbol in the main menu.
   
10. Book Now. Clicking on this button will open a pop-up window with booking details. You can find information about placing a booking in the following article.

Example

Let's say you need a haircut somewhere close to your home and preferably tomorrow.

You can find the service by typing ‘Haircut’ in the search box on the homepage or on the ‘Service Catalogue’ page:

Then select a date and time and enter your postcode to make sure you only see services that will be available tomorrow and not too far away from you.

Once you click the ‘Search’ button, you will see a list of all the services available on the selected day in the desired location. If there are no services listed, it means that there are no services available on that day, at that time and in that area. You can select a different day, a wider date range or a wider neighbourhood.

You can use the service categories and filters to refine your request. For example, you want a haircut at home rather than at a salon. In this case, you can use the ‘Services Provided’ filter and select the ‘At Buyer's’ option.

Don't forget to click the ‘Apply’ button to apply the filters.
